The picture is of the island of Curacao, a Dutch owned island, in the North West Indies.
The picture of the Caloos was taken when she was just past the bridge in the areial photo.
The bridge is a swing bridge. We entered the harbor on February 12, 1956 the day before my 20th birthday. Boy, how time flies.
